Servings: 1 cup
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or coconut nectar
Remove stems (green portion) from strawberries.
Using a fork or masher, mash strawberries in a small bowl.
Add syrup, chia seeds, and water. Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy over toast, ice, cream, pancakes, or any delicious treat.
