Refund policy

Your happiness and satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not happy with any one of our products, just return it within 60 days of receiving it and we’ll issue you a refund.*

Just send us an email at info@drdanielle.com to get your refund started. One of our friendly customer service reps will guide you from there.

You will receive a refund of the original purchase price, less any discounts, shipping & handling within 3-4 weeks from the date the product is received.  All refunds will be returned via check or the original payment method only.  The method of refund is at the discretion of Doctor Danielle LLC.  All refund checks are void after 180 days per U.C.C. Article 4-404.  We do not re-issue refund checks.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen refund checks.  All uncashed refund checks are placed on the customer account as store credit, all store credits expire after 18 months.  

*Orders being returned that are over $200 will incur a 15% restocking fee.
