Ingredients (Always aim for Organic!)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 cup raspberries
Step 1
Wash raspberries. Place raspberries and milk in blender and puree. Feel free to experiment with other fruit.
Step 2
Using a container that has a lid, mix the chia seeds with milk puree.
Step 3
Place container in fridge overnight or a least 6 hours. Stir with a fork as needed to keep mixture from separating.
Step 4
Serve in individual glasses. Top with extra raspberry puree for added sweetness. Garnish with mint and fresh fruit for additional flare. Enjoy cold.

I got the Alph-lIPOIC ACID today and I also got a card that I get a free bottle. I would like to follow-up on that. What is the process entail? What other product is available? Please let me know for I do not what want to miss out on this.
