Wherever-You-Want Veggie Grated (no) Cheese

A super quick preparation that allows you to replace grated cheese everywhere. It can be used on top of pasta, or to add flavor to a soup; in the preparation of a lasagna, or to garnish some polenta.

Serving size: 1 cup


  • ½ cup ground toasted hazelnuts
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp fine salt



Mix all ingredients together well. Use it anywhere you want to add a cheese-like flavor.

Pro Tip:

The mixture will keep for months in the refrigerator.
