- 2 cups spinach (or power greens)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1” knob of ginger, peeled (if you don’t have a high power blender, I recommend grating the ginger first to help with the texture.
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 rip avocado

Step 1
In a large, high-power blender, add all ingredients and blend on for 1-2 minutes, or until well combined. Add more water as needed to achieve desired thickness. The more water you add, the more thin the smoothie will be, and the flavor will also become less strong.
