Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamins and minerals, and especially loaded with Vitamin A. Sweet potatoes also make an excellent source of Vitamin C, manganese, vitamin B6, potassium, pantothenic acid, copper, and niacin. They are rich in antioxidants, aiding the bodies fight against free radicals and inflammation. In addition, sweet potatoes are rich in dietary fiber which is vital for digestive health. 

Servings: 4-6


  • 4 organic sweet potatoes, washed and chopped into french fries
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Step 2

Place fries in a large bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings. Stir until fries are well coated in oil and seasoning.

Step 3

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread fries evenly over baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
