An ice cream made with only fruit, enriched with naturally roasted hazelnuts and raw cocoa bean crumbs, for a truly satisfying and healthy snack. No added sugar. Vanilla powder accentuates the Chantilly flavor of this ice cream, which is already delicious with just the combination of flat peach with banana and coconut milk.
2 bananas, medium size (frozen slices)
1 big flat peach (or 2 small)
2 tbs coconut milk (canned)
1 pinch of vanilla powder
1 tbs hazelnuts granola
1 tbs raw cocoa nibs
Remove the banana slices from the freezer and let them defrost for 5 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
Peel the flat peach (a.k.a. doughnut/Saturn peach), cut the pulp and put it in a mixer, along with the coconut milk (previously chilled in the refrigerator) and vanilla powder. Add the frozen banana slices and blend until smooth.
Place the resulting mixture in a bowl. Garnish with the hazelnut granola and cocoa nibs. Enjoy immediately.
You can keep a supply of sliced bananas in the freezer to have them available at all times for super delicious ice creams.
