Ingredients
- 1 large apple
- 1 cup of almond milk or oat milk (unsweetened)
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of small oatmeal
- 1 Brazil nut
- 1 tablespoon shelled hazelnuts
- 3 or 4 raw cocoa beans
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the apple, core, and dice it – place in an appropriately sized bowl, add the oatmeal and milk.
Step 2
Shell the Brazil nuts and place them on a cutting board, along with the hazelnuts and cocoa beans without the skin. Chop nuts and beans.
Step 3
Place the chopped mixture in the bowl, mixing to combine the ingredients. Consume immediately.

To always have Brazil nuts ready to use, shell and store them in the freezer.
