Rosemary Grapefruit Infused Water

Do you ever have trouble getting yourself to drink plain water? If so, infusing water with different ingredients can be a great way to not only improve the flavor of your beverage but also encourage hydration. Rosemary is one of my favorite herbs and has been found to have both antimicrobial and cognitive benefits. Grapefruit is good for your immune system, as it is a great source of vitamin C and vitamin A. So cheers to staying hydrated and healthy!
