Dairy Free Eggnog

Craving eggnog but not the dairy? This holiday season you don’t have to feel left out. I have a healthy and delicious alternative for you. Here's to you, your health, and the holiday cheer!

Servings: 2


  • 3 cups coconut milk or nondairy milk of choice
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Dairy Free Eggnog


Step 1

Using a high speed blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Garnish with a small amount of cinnamon or nutmeg. Warm if desired.
