Ingredients
- 3 cups coconut milk or nondairy milk of choice
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions
Step 1
Using a high speed blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Garnish with a small amount of cinnamon or nutmeg. Warm if desired.
